All orders placed on this website must be confirmed with a 100% advance payment. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.

A video of you unboxing the package, clearly showing the damaged product and its original packaging.
Once we have reviewed the evidence and confirmed the damage, we will initiate the return process.
You will be required to return the damaged product to us in its original packaging.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process a full refund or offer a replacement, as per your preference.
